What would you do if a good friend of yours - a best friend, announced that she was no longer your friend? And with no explanation - except to say 'you've changed'. No details were given just no contact after that. This is something that happened to me almost 10 years ago. I was left wondering what I did - how did I change? I never really understood until recently what had happened.   You see we are all vibrating at a different frequency - everything is energy - including US. Can you think of someone that when they enter the room it totally changes the FEEL of the room? If someone is angry...you can FEEL the anger before you even KNOW what is going on. And if someone enters the room and they are beaming with joy and happiness...YOU can FEEL that energy as well.   Most of us can look at the face of someone and KNOW whether they are in a good mood or not. We have connected with this knowing through our physical eyes for our entire life. In the case of my friend, I didn't see that coming at all - it was a total shock and heart breaking at the time. What I didn't understand was that we also have the power to FEEL the vibration of the people in our lives.   Nikola Tesla knew this - he said "If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency & vibration". If you don't know who Nikola Tesla was - he was a Servian - American inventor, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, physicist and futurist who is best known for his contributions to the design of the modern alternating current electricity supply system. This incredible man designed many inventions - even one to have free hydro - which the designs are locked up, after all, who would collect the money if we had our own electricity? When you focus on FEELING the vibration of what is going on around you, you will discover some amazing things. First of all, when you raise your frequency to a certain level, you DO lose people - the lower frequency people DO NOT want to be in the higher frequency. They will choose to stay in the lower, which separates you from them - you will no longer be a match to their energy. Therefore, you will no longer have them as a friend.   Knowing this actually helped me out quite a bit - it all of a sudden makes sense. People come and go in your life. Another way to look at it is that, when they are in your life - they have a purpose...a role to play in your growing consciousness. Once their role is over, they move on and you continue to grow. This is actually when you have a choice - you can either lower your vibration to match your friend or you can continue your journey to evolve your consciousness to even higher levels. I think that it is very important to stay on the path and choose to raise my consciousness.   I will tell you - if you would have told me 20 years ago - even 10 years ago...that I would have a podcast, do videos, give lectures and do healing sessions - I would have laughed in your face! I was NOT ready at the time - and yet, here I am - a teacher (sharing knowledge with as many people as I can), a healer (my sessions have changed peoples lives), an intuitive coach (during a session I will receive pictures of what I need to tell my client - and although they usually don't mean a thing to me, they are valuable information to my client) - which is why I am calling my sessions: Quantum Alignment Energy Sessions - because they align you to the TRUTH of who you really are!   I have been finding that every single day, something has changed in my life - for the good of course. It is my believe that while we are sleeping, we leave our bodies and do some energy work on the 'other side'. We are getting our DNA worked on, our cells are changing, our pineal gland activated...you name it - its all getting done while we are sleeping! We are totally being energetically worked on and THAT is going to create change in our waking life!   Remember that everything is energy and that the people around you will FEEL the energetic shift you are experiencing and THAT is why people will leave your life.I have lost quite a few friends on this journey and KNOWING that they served their purpose gives me strength. All I can do is send them LOVE & LIGHT and hope that they too, will find their way to the path of Christ Consciousness. That is the highest form of vibration you can experience - the Quantum Field.
