There was one thing holding me back from being the leader I wanted to be. I have a feeling this same thing is holding others back from being the leader they want to be. 
I didn’t want to start leading until I knew there were people who wanted to follow me. 
I realized that leaders almost always start with no followers, and if you don’t have any followers, that is not the obstacle to leadership, its the opportunity.
