“I'm not required to give them an explanation”.

Someone recently reminded me of the first time I made this declaration to the world and how it impacted her. It inspired me to record this episode because I think all of the humans need to hear this (especially my mid-west gang).

I welcome you to give this a listen and then stop doing it. Let go of the need to explain, or the obligation to. Let go of the justification so people “understand” or approve.

Reach a level of no longer needing that validation and watch things drastically alter in your reality.
