Today we are inspired by Molly Korte whose son's autism diagnosis lit a fire in her heart to initiate her life's purpose in advocacy. Molly began Project: Just Like You as a social media campaign to showcase the stories of the neurodiverse community to demonstrate how similar we all are. Within a year of the campaign, she has turned her passion project into a non-profit and sits as the Executive Director of Project: Just Like You.  

We love speaking with Molly about her business because this conversation is real, inspiring and emotional. We learn what it was like for Molly to discover that her son is different and the process of seeing Autism as a gift. We explore our biggest fears as visceral knowings of something to come and we consider why things happen the way they do. And, we discuss the necessity for more compassion and kindness in our world as we learn to breakdown barriers and prejudices with one another so that we may create connection and foster engagement to truly see each other.
