If you've ever found yourself running for the bathroom after a meal, bloated and gassy, experiencing intense heart burn and upset stomach, you will want to check out this episode of the She Creates Whole Living podcast. Digestive issues are not fun and many of us are dealing with them chronically.  Did you know that there are lifestyle changes and natural supports that can make a world of a difference?  Did you know that medicines like Prilosec and Pepcid are only recommended for short term use and shouldn't be taken for more than two weeks.  Are you getting sick and tired of being put on a pill, instead of figuring out what is causing your tummy troubles?  That was me a few years back and I got so sick of it that I read every article and book I could find regarding digestion and saw alternative practitioners, including acupuncturist, chiropractor, integrative nutritionist, functional medical doctor, and naturopath.  My digestion is much improved and I am so excited to share with you what I have learned and tips that have helped me improve my digestion.  I am happy to say that I no longer run to the bathroom after eating or require the purple pill!  Join me on this episode to learn more.
