This morning, we start a two week series called, "Alive." This is God’s heart for us in His resurrection, to go from death to life in our everyday. However, life happens, and we allow stress and anxiety to seep in. Many times, we feel stuck or maybe even like we have lost ourselves. Our goal is to take a practical and spiritual step towards highlighting this tension and how to move towards health.
