This daily energizing meditation, curated by Brianna, helps you de-stress, relax, and strengthen your Left <-> Right brain connection. Sounds good during COVID19 right? 

She uses the 3M's of The Ziva Technique starting with Mindfulness, then Meditation, and then Manifestation. This practice comes from the book "Stress Less, Accomplish More" by Emily Fletcher. She also has an amazing online course and Facebook group. 

You will love that it is SO EASY! Nothing is required but a place to sit with your back is supported and head free for about 18 minutes.  Afterward, enjoy the bonus "Morning Feel Good" by Paige, an old-time meditator. She shares the tips and tricks that have helped her stay consistent with her practice.
