Shannon Duncan, an artist in Houston, does not have a full-time job - she has about 4 part-time jobs that make up her approximately 50 hour work. She certainly isn’t alone in cobbling together various jobs to make ends meet, but through it all she has had a decade-long commitment to working at Starbucks.
