My name is Obinna and today we are speaking with Thando Kunene who is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program Manager when I interviewed her she was an assistant director in career development and coaching at the piper center in St.Olaf college. I loved talking to Thando cause back in the day I only knew her as a career person but through the conversation, I got to learn about the importance of providing mental health spaces for marginalized communities, a new perspective on how to look at success, and different take on what it means to move to America. It was a great convo, hope you enjoy!
