For the longest time, I believed that I wasn't the type of person who could wake up early and make time for herself before starting the day. I was so tied to the belief that only a special type of human could do this and it certainly wasn't me.
That all changed when I became curious about why becoming a morning person was so important to me and I started to create the habit in a simple and doable way - in just 10 minutes. The 10 Minute Morning became a standard for intentionally starting my day and has compounded over time into the 90 minute morning - but I never would have gotten to this place without those first 10.
In this episode, I teach you how to start loving your mornings and using them more intentionally in just 10 minutes a day. I believe that having a morning ritual or routine is essential to how you show up each day and that everyone needs one in their life.
