On March 26, 2024 a cargo ship rammed the Francis Scott Key bridge in Baltimore - a horrible maritime disaster for Maryland. This is somewhat déjà vu for me because 44 years ago I found myself in the middle of one of the worst maritime disasters in Tampa Bay history.
