A—awareness. Be aware of your triggers & avoid or prepare for them ahead of time
C—choose. Choose to surround yourself with good people & places
R—remove & reassure. If you are triggered beyond control, remove yourself & reassure yourself you are safe & okay
E—express your emotions to others and let them know your needs
D—determin you will get help & heal your triggers
