In this week's episode, we get to a very personal level. Everyone has a dragon they must slay in order to get to the person they want to become. There are times in life to sit back and build and there are times to attack. In meditation and in evolving into the best version of ourselves it is crucial that we realize when the moment to attack presents itself we realize that mindset is everything and once you control that, the battles can be won.
