Five years ago, I started this podcast as a way to push myself beyond my comfort zone. Two and a half years ago, I uploaded what I thought would be my final episode, with no clear plan for what came next.

Now, as I reach 100 episodes, I’m reflecting on that journey—the uncertainty, the growth, and the unexpected twists along the way. Change is inevitable. Sometimes we choose it; other times, it catches us by surprise. But through it all, we adapt, evolve, and find meaning in the process.

This episode is a collection of thoughts from where I stand today—insights I’ve gained, lessons that have proven valuable, and a reminder that even when the future is unclear, there’s always something ahead.

In the last 2 digit episode, we talk about current events including Queen Elizabeth II passing and how the world has responded as well as PnB Rock being the latest rapper to pass. Mainly in today's episode, we talk about a subject we all have to face often, rejection. Even the thought of rejection stops countless people from even attempting to take action towards their goals. All it takes is the exposure and repetition of facing rejection to realize how you can over come it. In this episode, we explore that tactics.

Almost turning the page on 100 episodes we bring it back to the thesis of this podcast, bringing together people who are chasing their goals with all they have. The book Atomic Habits by James Clear has proved to be a standout in a sea of "self-help books". The ideas shared in this book have shown countless across many different avenues of life that they are founding principles to success. In this episode we explore them.

In this week's episode, Madison joins the podcast to finally put a face to the countless stories for which she is mentioned on the podcast. The episode includes each host's top 10 holidays to drink at and how real Bama Rush actually is. Also, what you would do if you received a surprise proposal in front of all of your family? Madison also talks about how she was hit on by a homeless man who hit every guilt trip in the book. Lastly, we debate the question of how quickly could one person go from homeless to survivable income.

After a few weeks of travel, the hosts have a few things to say about life in an airport and none of them are good. There is no possible way that people in airports all day are real people with real lives. Places like airports, DMVs, post offices, etc. always lead to a crushing loss of hope for humanity.
