The Ups and Downs Of Relationships While On Prep
Today we're not only going to talk bikini, but we shall also talk about a serious struggle that any person can agree is a total misfortune
Okay. In unison, let’s go…life is full of challenges. This is a phrase we all are aware of and can agree to. But despite being aware that you will possibly face a challenge at some point, sometimes life can present to you challenges that can completely bring you to a halt. I mean to an extent that inspirational locutions such as "Energy and persistence conquer all things" won't be the first thing to surface from your trusted memory at such times.
Now, divorce is one of such challenges. When we first fall in love and commit to a relationship, it's difficult to envision bad days. All we desire and hope for is to live happily ever after. Unfortunately - though sometimes necessary - it doesn't always go as desired and sadly we have to let go. This is definitely the most difficult and painful thing in the world - not just the divorce process itself, but the grieving process too.
So how do you deal with it and stay the course at such a difficult moment? Is it even possible? Kelsie has been through it and she was kind enough to share with us her experience.
Kelsie Burgin is an IFBB Bikini Pro, a Bikini Posing Coach and a hairdresser. With a bang, Kelsie won overall in her first show ever, then went ahead and earned her Pro Card in her second show ever. Her commitment and dedication have seen her get featured in several fitness magazines. Kelsie's has a soft spot for girls and she's committed to influencing and helping them into fitness.
In this episode, Kelsie shares with us the struggles she faced in her divorce and how she didn't compete for two years after the divorce. She will also talk about how her experience led her to a self-discovery journey where she developed a closer relationship with God. This is an episode you want to stick around for.
