The New Year can be a time of excitement, anxiety, FOMO and more. For ME... I decided several years ago to skip the usual holiday hoopla and focus on creating rituals for myself that mean something.

I'll share one of those rituals in this episode AND some voice gratitude from community members (both podcasters and listeners) but first... an announcement!
