Through all the suffering humankind has been through during the Covid19 pandemic, it is crucial - more now than ever - that we pay attention to those around us who might also be suffering mental, verbal or physical abuse. It is with great honour that we welcome our very first guest speaker to the show: Professor Corne Davis from the University of Johannesburg - a lecturer by profession, who discovered her deep purpose of advocating against gender based violence resulted through the discovery of so many closest to her who have suffered tremendous abuse and a being victim herself.
Join us as she shares her own personal story and explore ways to identify abuse in others, offer support, share valuable resources to report abuse, get help and share steps that we all can start taking to fight domestic and gender based violence - starting with AWARENESS.
