Carson has been through the depths of hell & back more than once in her healing journey and has come out on the otherside with a sense of love, freedom, and wisdom. She now shares her story & experience in order to help others who are struggling.

What I love about Carson is that she does not promote healing HER way for OTHERS. Instead this wonderful f*cking humans teaches others to get in tune with their BODY, mind, and soul. She shares what worked and didn't work for others for them to learn from while encouraging others to try different methods in order to find what works best for themselves personally.

Her approach to healing is not just the typical "think positively" , "mindset is key" , "journal + affirmations" that is portrayed so heavily in the mainstream self development, healing, and spiritual communities. ( Side note: there is nothing wrong with the above steps & tools but they will not fully heal, it's when we pair it with movement of the body, somatic healing, moving trayma through & out of the body does the real magic of healing happen.) Carson teaches others that movement of the body, in order to allow energy that has become blocked and stored in our cells, is a key to healing. You can do all the mental work but physical/body work is just as important and when paired together we can become free of our chains of trauma, neglect, and abuse.
