Investing in yourself will give you a lifetime return on investment. Yet it's something that so many women struggle to do. There's a big relationship between worth and money and lots of women don't feel worthy of investing in themselves, yet will happily purchase shoes, make up, get their nails and hair done regularly and participate in surface level self care. In this episode, I provide you with a bit of a perspective shift in terms of what's more important, and ask that you consider how you could become resourceful to prioritise yourself above all else.
