Sami is celebrating 1 year with the podcast! Thankful for YOU!

Sharing her story again 

2 years ago going through a terrible breakup, peak of binge eating, heartbreak, learning to treat myself pretty. 

Yet another weight loss journey- turned into a self love journey. Sami learned to treat herself pretty by addressing four different categories 

1. "Food. I had to heal my relationship with food. I was subscribed to diet culture for too long and needed to break up from that toxic relationship. "
2. "Mindset. I had to adopt the mindsets that would allow me to healthy, happy, and confident while becoming the woman I wanted to be. "
3. "Wellness. Instead of focusing on weight loss, I started focusing on becoming the healthiest version of myself. "
4. "Body. Accepting my body where I am at while working towards a healthier body."

Sami has decided to create a program that will teach you how to treat yourself pretty. We will talk about these four pillars so that you can truly feel pretty inside and out. Sami states "This is what has changed my life and you can change yours too!"
