As some of you may or may not know, shortly after the podcast launched, I was experiencing a bit of a health crisis and had a long journey with covid pneumonia.

 

I am incredibly grateful to feel better and to know that I am on the mend to a full recovery. I learned so much over the last 8 months of this process that I wanted to share it with others. There is so much information out there and everybody’s journey is personal and unique.

 

In sharing my story, my hope is to empower others to advocate for themselves and to learn the power of staying connected to yourself and loving yourself through this process without fear.  We will cover many of the hardships, but also the immense blessings as I navigated one of the toughest times in my life.
