Of course, we are in the practice of celebrating women all the time, every month, every day. We have to start with the woman in the mirror, and that means celebrating us.

In this episode we talk about our experience of loss over the past year, while we've been in survival mode. This takes us on a journey visiting trauma, overwhelm, connection, spiritual practice, and healing.
