Join me for this 15 ish min meditation on simple awareness where we focus on the senses of the body, labeling our thoughts, and practice staying in the present moment. 

 

Awareness is a practice just like working out. All you want to do is build you mind muscle to get better at noticing your thoughts, what you are thinking, where you take your thinking. 

 

Once we get good at awareness, we can simplify our life, create healthier habits and create a new possibility or way of being that we didn't know existed.
