In today's episode, I speak about one of my topics ~Mistakes!~

We are humans, which means we will make mistakes, that's part of the deal. Instead of wasting time + energy overthinking our mistakes or beating ourselves up, we can use mistakes as an insanely powerful tool for growth. The difference between people who are successful or master a skill is not that they didn't fail. It's that they choose to LEARN from their failure instead of giving up. Making mistakes, doing something wrong, or even "failing" can be one of the most effective tools in growing, expanding, and learning. Mistakes are part of the learning process!! I invite you to let go of the bully narrative that someone else put in your head when you mess up or "f*ck up" and instead learn to honor your mistakes in order to use it as powerful insight on what not to do next time, where needs adjusting, or sizing up how much more practice is required to master something. I invite you to honor your mess ups as lessons and choose to learn from it.
