In this episode, our good friend Shawn Yesner is our first ever guest host!  Ed and Shawn are in Orlando attending PodFest 2020 while Shelley is back in Sarasota working with multiple listings. Ed was going to just post a quick show this week, but since Shawn has years of experience in real estate law in the Tampa Bay Area he qualifies to fill in for Shelley this week.

Shawn is a bankruptcy attorney in Tampa at his firm Yesner Law and his weekly podcast is Crushing Debt. Today he shares some highlights in his career and how he got involved with real estate and bankruptcy law.  He also gives his best legal tips for real estate buyers and sellers.
