A couple of years ago Zara was living the ‘’perfect life’’ in Berlin - she had a nice full-time job, a great apartment, a supportive friends circle, she was engaged .. but something was missing. She felt numb. And her body was starting to give her all the signals that something is wrong on the inside. And in the span of one day she got the impulse to go on a journey of fining herself and feeling more alive and inspired. A journey full of challenges, unexpected events and … a journey that took her to where she is today. Zara is now based in Bali and works as a Holistic Health Counselor in Ayurveda & Yoga currently deepening her knowledge in Ayurveda more and more in a 3-year studies program. She supports & guides individuals to remember their own inner healing forces and create a holistic way out of disease or imbalances on all levels through Yoga and Ayurveda. I met Zara back in Berlin and have been absolutely amazed and inspired by her transformation, the stories she shares online so vulnerably and raw and the way she has fallen into her own lap times and times again to find her essence and share her gifts with others.
