So what does meeting resistance look like for you?

For many of us resistance comes as a crippling self-doubt. Negative self-talk. We don’t intend for this to happen but it does. And actually .. it is a good thing because we want to be able to address these resistances. Get friendly with them and become the queen of the realm so to speak, rather than the slave and never getting our ideas created as we are meant to do.
