The Cross created a whole new man. Righteousness is about being birthed into an entirely new life in Christ. To be skilled in righteousness is to live from the acceptance already given rather than striving to earn it.
In this second episode, Alex unfolds how DeVern Fromke’s four themes (from chapter 6 of Ultimate Intention, NOT chapter 7) — redemption, sanctification, righteousness, and wisdom — shape the daily framework of the new man. Redemption gives us a new viewpoint: I belong to Him. Sanctification brings a new relatedness: I am set apart unto Him. Righteousness is a new occupation: I am occupied with Him and His working through me. And wisdom brings a new philosophy: I live from heaven’s pattern and purpose.
📘 Core Truths from this episode:
1️⃣ Redemption is more than forgiveness — it is ownership. He has redeemed me for Himself.
2️⃣ Sanctification is about belonging — I am wholly His.
3️⃣ Righteousness means being occupied with Him rather than working for Him.
4️⃣ Wisdom centres life on God’s eternal purpose.

❓ Ask Yourself:
→ Am I living as one who truly belongs to Him?
→ Is my life marked out by being wholly His, in every relationship and situation?
→ Do I live each day occupied with Him rather than my own performance?
→ Is my outlook on life centred around God’s purpose, or is it still orbiting around me?
