As Founder and CEO of Rebel Lion Advertising, Matt is spearheading an ambitious acquisition journey to become the largest independent agency group in the UK. This will be the second time he has delivered on his aim, having sold S3 Advertising in a management buyout in 2019. A multi award-winning entrepreneur, Matt has won several national awards for both himself and his businesses.

Matt is passionate about breaking the stigma around men’s mental health and talks openly about his journey as an entrepreneur finding his purpose.
