Imagine belonging to a community that you have to laugh with every day. Wouldn’t that be awesome? The good news is, you do not have to wait any longer.  Starting from the first of April, you can join my laughter club to come and laugh with me daily, for 10 minutes, and every Wednesday evening, at 7 pm UK time. We’ll be doing an entire 40-minute session every week.

To add some icing to the cake, I’ll create a Facebook group where we can all hang out. We’ll have chats, positive vibes, and a platform to share our wins regardless of how small. I’ll also be sharing a lot of content in the group. You cannot afford to miss it. 

I aim to have many lovely people come to laugh with me daily, which will be over zoom. If you don’t feel comfortable being on camera, you can just come along and laugh in the background. The power of laughter in a group is amazing. It helps you get to where you need to get to because laughter is so good for us. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins or happy cells when we get spikes of dopamine and serotonin. Laughter also curbs our cortisol levels, which are our stress hormones. So when we’re laughing, it naturally makes us feel less stressed and less anxious.
