In today's episode I speak on what it means to have the capacity to hold space for ALL of our emotions, even the ones that have been labeled as "bad". There are no bad or negative emotions, all have their place. Sadness, anger, grief, sorrow, pain are not "low vibe" emotions that need to be exiled from our lives. They are part of experiencing wholeheartedly what it means to be human. What is "low vibe" is not allowing ourselves to fully feel the range of human emotions which causes them to become trapped in our subconscious + energy fields building up over time.
It's important to feel your angry and your sadness as much as it's important to deeply feel your joy and bliss. Sometimes we don't have the capacity and we have to learn how. This will be one of the greatest tools you ever give yourself. You will feel more joy when you can truly feel your sadness, angry, etc and let it go.
