This May saw the introduction of a Nigerian author to our library with the book Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. It's a fantastic book, and Chimamanda is an amazing author. Corinne also did an amazing job with pronouncing Chimamanda's name and some of the other Nigerian names and words.Zoe joined us for this episode - as getting our usual, physical, book club together was proving challenging. But unfortunately we had some technical issues, and so there are parts where Zoe is a little bit hard to hear. Sorry about this! Also sorry about the delay in posting this episode, slackness, technical issues and a head cold caused some delays. What we were drinkingRed Wine from AldiPeppermint Tea (with accompanying Peppermint Chocolate)Share your photos of what you’re reading, and where you like to read:Facebook @therealbookclubpodcastInstagram @therealbookclubpodcastThe book for June is The Great Gatsby by F Scott Fitzgerald.
