1. Notice a curiosity about a habit in your life.
2.  Ask yourself 'why?' in every regard. Write it down on a paper
3. Take a look at how it affects your mind, body, lifestyle, fears, and comforts.
4. Create a mini challenge around how this why shows up in your life.
    Ex: me and juice cleansing
5. Set a time that you will reflect on how this change results in your life
   Ex: Mine is 2 days and then again on the 3rd day
