Break down the walls.... what then?
Life's a dance - are you going to twirl? Or shuffle into the world of calculated moves?
We all need to release our creativity in some form or else it gets bottled up and no one else gets to experience it. I don't know who out there is listening to this... but somehow I still get a surprising amount of listeners for not advertising it anywhere.
Much love to you all.
Happy new year!
Think of your day's energy as a tank. It gets depleted with each activity. Your habits pull from that tank. Which ones pull the most energy?
PS - My friend who taught the workshop is Nadia. Her business is Yoga Habit. Go check her out if you're looking to incorporate a new yoga habit into your life!
We are energy beings; we absorb others people's baggage. Some of this advice I scooped up in a networking session has layered beyond my business life but into my personal life.

Recap - Less is more, right? I have been embracing a better life with less. Less things and less needs to make room for more in my life. The link to Greg McKowen's book I have been embracing is below.
Exercise - Make a list of the "things" that clutter your mind. These things include thoughts about relationships in your life, how you talk to yourself, and what you think you need to do. Then ask yourself: why? Why do I need to do these things in my life? And do I need this?
