Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that happens due to change in seasons. While most sufferers experience symptoms during fall/winter, when there is less sun, there are documented cases of those affected with SAD, during spring/summer. I happen to fall in the category of those affected during fall/winter months.
After posting a question asking others who work from home, "what are some difficulties faced by you, while working from home?", I received messages that made it clear, there are quite a lot of us struggling with SAD. Many asked that I share tips on ways I deal with SAD while working from home.
Which is the reason for this podcast, so, if you suffer with SAD, or know someone who does, turn up the volume to listen to this short, but informative podcast on ways to thrive, in-spite of living with SAD.
Thanks for listening to the podcast. If you know of anyone who may benefit from this podcast, do share, don't keep the fairy to yourself.
