Today I want to share with you a tool I personally find very helpful with the hope it might be helpful to you too.
We are all quite familiar with the concept of paying attention to what is in our lives and find gratitude. But what when this doesn't feel genuine? What about when this feels forced? This is when I like to use the exercise I am talking to you about in this episode. You will need pen and paper to write.
We will write together the opposite of a gratitude list. Bringing into the light other parts of our lives, to observe them, validate them and then realise them. So we can give space and voice to what usually goes to the very bottom of our gratitude list.
Thank you for tuning in.
