Thank you so much for listening.

Hello my friend,
Welcome to another episode.
Today we are going to explore self-love and will do so by looking into what self-love is not. Sometimes this can be very helpful into grasping and maybe understanding big concepts like this one.
Let's dive into it.

The winter solstice is approaching, and as the new season takes space, so do new needs. My woollen socks are out of the closet, tea is constantly brewing, and getting out of bed in the morning is probably the most difficult task.
Winter used to be difficult for me personally, but then I got it. it’s not the cold, but it’s not just the darkness, either. It was my resistance to darkness, to receiving its subtle regenerative gifts.
Let's dig into it.
Thank you for listening.

Emotional health, and the importance of recognising and understanding one's feelings in order to achieve it, is now a stated goal of public policy in many countries. The concept of paying attention to our emotions is not new. I'd like to investigate how today's emotional language has been influenced throughout history with you.

Today I discuss decision making, which was inspired by a conversation I had the other day. Why is it that making a decision can be so difficult at times?
What causes our indecision? Is there a right or wrong decision? I believe the best decision is the one you make; we'll find out whether or not it worked as expected later. Changing your mind and changing your course is always an option.
Let's dig into it.

I want to ask: what nourishes you? I want talk about the nourishment that supports us to grow and thrive, even when things get hard.
What nourishes you now can be different to what nourished you during the summer or what will nourish you in the depth of winter. And this can and will be different for each of us. Because the experience of nourishment, and not only I would add, is subjective.

Today I want to share with you a teaching that has change the way I look at fear.
It comes from the teachings of Rabbi Alan Lew, writer and spiritual teacher. In his book "Be still and get going" he explains that the Hebrew Bible uses two different words for fear: pachad and yirah.
Let's go!

Welcome back to another episode!
It's a special time of the year. The essence of this episode is going to be about shifting seasons, not only in relations to the seasons of the year, but also of our lives.
The Equinox is a great opportunity for reflection. A great opportunity to pause and take inventory of our physical, mental and emotional state. Reflecting on our lives and deciding with what intention we want to move through the coming months, till the next Equinox in March.
Let's dig into it!
Thank you for listening!
