Hello friend, and welcome to another episode of the Holy Human Podcast. Today I'm joined by Preston Bryant—a mentor, a coach, an artist, a philosopher and a friend of mine. This conversation is a psycho-spiritual & philosophical exploration of the nature of consciousness—with a dash of devotion and artful embodiment.
Here's a little peak into the range of topics we're covering:
- unveiling the nature of spiritual awakening
- the power of silence
- the body as a gateway to presence
- self-inquiry: uncovering our innate innocence
- from intellectual knowledge to embodied wisdom
- embodiment as an art form
- relationship with God and embodiment
- Meister Eckhart and the concept of non-duality
- and of course much more!
Who is Preston?
His background in professional sport, philosophy, spirituality, and creativity prepared him for his calling as a dynamic and integrated coach. His emphasis on wisdom, authenticity, self-expression, and soul-driven purpose set people up for genuine fulfillment. While he emphasizes the importance of structure and goal setting, Preston’s methodology is one that allows people to find a balance between Doing and Being. His clients are known for taking big steps in their lives—professionally, emotionally and physically—all without sacrificing their inner peace. With practical tools to improve someone’s life situation and a gift for inviting them to participate in the sacred—or numinous—dimension of life, Preston’s work is groundbreaking and unorthodox. As one of his clients said, “It is anything but typical.” –and I can personally testify to that as I've been working with Preston 1:1 recently (May through July this year). Something I find really interesting is the fact, that he's coming from a totally different background than I do, and yet our work seems to have so many parallels. So it really was just a matter of time until he had to appear on the Holy Human Podcast and share his wisdom with you.
Enjoy the episode, my friend!
