The Rookie Minds are a group of outgoing individuals, that share a collective goal: to humanize work, shatter stuffy hierarchies and enable everybody to look at the world through their own rookie eyes. They are a fully self-organized consulting company with 20 professionals from different backgrounds, mainly legal & finance experts, using holacracy as a tool.
