While Sara was in the Netherlands, she was researching about progressive organizations, initiatives and personalities, that are somehow related to the topic of work. She came across the "Holy Sh*t Show" run by the 3310 - School for Millennials and - curious as she is - decided to participate. It was an evening full of games and unexpected surprises. Sara wanted to find out more and reached out to Wing, the creator of the show, founder of 3310 and a coach for millennials. In this episode, Sara visits Wing at her WeWork Space in Amsterdam and they - both born in the 80s - talk about their own generation, that got labeled in so many different ways: "Generation Y", "Digital Natives", "MTV Generation" - best known as "Millennials".
What do they expect from work?
What future skills are needed to cope with fast changing environments?
What challenges do we face in this age of digitization?

About the 3310 - School for Millennial:
The millennial, a.k.a. the Nokia 3310 generation, handles a great deal of challenges nowadays. Often seen as spoiled and as the first internet generation to conquer the world. Besides the external pressure, millennials often feel lost in their choices, in loneliness and strive for perfection. How do you survive in a world that is ever changing and is built by their analogue parents? After a diverse career in engineering, corporate consultancy and experiencing a burnout, Wing Yan Man founded 3310 - School for Millennials. At 3310, you learn the practical skills with and from fellow millennials on how to live and work in a new paradigm that suits this generation. With authenticity, love and plenty of 90’s throwbacks, this school strives to serve an inclusive audience wishing for millennials to have the true impact the world needs.
