I'm continuing my four part series exploration of Don Miguel Ruiz's book, "The Four Agreements."  In today's episode, I focus on the third agreement, "Don't Make Assumptions."

The book argues that much of the conflict and misunderstandings in our lives stem from assumptions we make about others and their thoughts or actions. Ruiz encourages us to find the courage to ask questions and communicate clearly to avoid these assumptions and their potential negative consequences.

With this agreement, we can transform our lives and avoid arguments, misunderstandings, and conflict.
