I truly believe that YOU get to create your reaction to situations, that YOU get to decide how you navigate things and YOU have the power to create what you want.

Might sound hookey, pookey but I stand by it.

For many people, 2021 was a challenging year, and while I am not downplaying all the hardships, I am leaning into how I want to end the year and how I want to start the new year.

I thought I would share my top 5 lessons in 2021 that were needle movers in both my life and business and thought you could benefit from them too. Feel free to take them into 2022 as guidelines and lessons. 

I also share a yearly ritual that ensures I have focus and intention for the upcoming year. It really helps me lean into what I really want for myself and not let outside influences affect my goals, choices and direction.
