A decorated commander of Canadian Forces Base Trenton, Williams shocked the nation when an extensive investigation uncovered a chilling double life: years of secret break-ins, fetish burglaries, and ultimately the rape and murder of two women in Ontario. What began as a trusted public servant became one of Canada’s most disturbing and confounding criminal cases.
