Hello and good morning, friends. How are you?
Our time together today is focused on the quiet and stillness we find, even in the noise. It’s a little bit of holding both things, not one or the other. Whether there’s a lot of noise in or around you, there is the possibility of quiet also.
I always think of this quiet center that exists in each of us, that we can always go back to if we need it. It’s a place I want to live from more and more, a place where we aren’t reactionary, but thoughtful. It’s a place where we know that each moment and action matters, so we approach all things with care.
All of that in just a little quiet? Yes, I think so.
