This week the Sun is moving through Gate 8 in Human Design — The Gate of Contribution — and I wanted to spend some time exploring and reflecting on this energy. 

In this episode, I explore the themes of Gate 8, the relationship between contribution and authenticity, the fear of being misunderstood, and the pressure many of us feel to soften or suppress what makes us unique in order to belong.

I also reflect on imitation, originality, integrity and shadow work, and share some of the ways this energy has been showing up in my own life lately.
