There are so many different accessibility features available for iPhone and iPad we could do a full episode on this alone. We reviewed some of the notable features for accessibility including Vision, hearing, and even literacy.
Accessibility for Everyone. The place to go is Settings> General> Accessibility

Speech with VoiceOver
Quick On and Quick Off for Accessibility I use the magnifier to turn this on.
