Honestly this one is for me. It was recorded on Dad's birthday because no matter how long he has been gone he is still important. Your people are still important no matter how long it has been or what other people say.

So pause and take a minute. Let the day matter, because they matter. Let it hurt, even as you are celebrating the progress you have made. Sit with what is and process as it comes. Be brave enough to acknowledge that the loss will always be there. A part of you but not define you. ----more----
