Comparison is wired into us earlier than we think....and in this episode, I'm exploring where it starts, why it's so hard to shake, and the tools I return to when I catch myself in the trap:

Oubaitori..the Japanese concept that each of us, like cherry, plum, apricot and peach blossoms on our own timing and season.

Prarabdha karma...the idea that we each come into this lifetime with our own allotted lessons and experiences to move through, meaning someone else's apparent ease is simply a different soul curriculum, not evidence that you're behind.

Human Design... and how understanding your design makes comparison not just unhelpful, but structurally meaningless. A Projector with an undefined Sacral was never supposed to match the output of a Generator. A 3 line was never supposed to learn the way a 1 line does.
