This episode made me super vulnerable, but I recognize that this conversation needs to be had. As people start to wake up and reconnect to their spirituality, certain things are happening and not necessarily the right way. Smoke Cleansing and Smudging are VERY different practices, and yet the terms are continuously used interchangeably. I wanted to help bring light to that knowledge.
