This episode was an honor to create. Meet my friend Danielle Laurent. She grew up in a small town in Northern California, and life took her abroad to where she now resides in England. You will really want to hear her story how she began mindfulness and meditation and I know that you will resonate with her sharing. he does a lot of the heavy lifting for us to day to get more clarity in our own lives. 

 

Making in a mindful way helped Danielle to reconnect to herself and begin to heal her anxiety.

 

Using this experience to help others, Danielle created Making Blue Sky, which is about bringing creativity and mindfulness together with a touch of wonder, to help others find their inner calm and return home to themselves.
